Ordering Parts

HI I have been trying to order part for almost a month now for my Renegade 250.
I cannot say how many times I have tried to call with no answer.

4 weeks ago I managed to speak with a gentleman who took my order and promised 3-4 days the parts would be in Cebu, after 1 week nothing, spent 3 more days trying to contact him but nothing.
Eventually I got through to a lady who would investigate what had happened, she could see I had placed an order, after another 3 days she said the boy had forgotten because he had a party to go to 1 week after I placed the order.
She now promised she would order and I would have the parts next day in Cebu.
Wow I thought finally, thats was on the 9th of Dec 2014.
Well can you believe the parts have still not arrived and I have been unable to contact MCX or have they updated me. I am thinking maybe it's better to book a flight to their office from Cebu and go myself, a bit crazy, I love my Bike but not the service..
